My preference is to have at least one of the girls, generally the first of the day if our schedules match up, be someone I know well who can screw my brains out for a couple of hours. Then however many I see after that are much more laid back and I can just enjoy them as they occur.
Hydration - I strongly recommend spending a solid week (at least 2 days) before your vacation drinking 60 to 80 ounces of water per day. Keep it up during your vacation as well. This isn’t just for fitness. It significantly improves your body’s ability to produce semen. And having plenty of little naval officers ready and standing at attention contributes significantly to your ability to enjoy your entertainment.
Sleep - Get plenty of sleep. A minimum of 7 hours per day keeps your testosterone levels up. And I’m sure you know what that means. It’s best if you can do this for a solid week or two (this covers most of your body’s fatigue cycles) before your vacation. But 3 days will make a pretty big difference, too. As much as you can, try to keep this up during your vacation.
Supplements: Zinc, D3, and the usual suspects. I highly recommend the Solgar Male Multiple (I have no affiliation with it - I’m just a long time user) 3 times a day. If you have additional Ashwagandha and red ginseng (some red ginseng is already in the Solgar) supplements they wouldn’t hurt.
Super food: Black Maca powder (gelatinized or raw depending on which works best for you). I use gelatinized because it causes less gas for me. But everybody is different. If you’ve never taken it, start out with smaller doses (a teaspoon). Your body will quickly adjust to it, though. You’ll know that’s happened when a teaspoon stops giving you the same burst of energy. Then up it to a tablespoon. Some people take 3 tablespoons a day of Maca. It’s not just great for keeping your energy up. It tends to significantly increase semen production as well.
Exercise: Find some time every day for at least light (non-sexual) exercise. This will increase your blood flow. I’m sure you don’t need me to explain why that’s important.
I would recommend avoiding heavy foods and alcohol. They both have a negative impact on your sexual performance. But you choose what works for you.

While I've done orgies in the past which had drinks and refreshments in between to recuperate and go again. But I've never done a string of separate sessions thru the day, but found myself in a town full of gorgeous ladies and trying to see all that I can. Rather than bore you with my stories of spending 18 hours a day at the bar drinking interspersed with five different hour long sessions, spaced 4-6 hours apart, followed by five or six hours of sleep only to wash rinse and repeat the next day, I will try to give you some actually useful advice, because unless you are no older than mid forties with the constitution of an ox, I don't think I would recommend my old daily routine to anyone without some serious medical disclaimers about how bad for your health my old regimen used to be. lol
First off, Yes, spreading your sessions throughout the day is the best way to go. I used to start off with my first session first thing in the morning, either with the woman I spent the previous night with or with a new girl, usually at about 6-7 AM, followed by breakfast and then I'd hang around at the bar until I'd get the urge again and the right chica would come along, usually about noon or so. In Costa Rica "shift change" for the putas usually happened at about 4 PM and that is when the daytime girls, most of whom had kids would leave and the new crop of girls for the evening would start showing up. I guess I should ask you what your usual appetite is, and I imagine your age will have a lot to do with it too, I could see 4-5 different women a day well into my fifties, but now at 61 I have to confess, your schedule of three a day spaced a good 6 hours apart or so sounds much more my style today.

The most i did was 3 in one 12 hour time frame. It was prob 15 years ago. It was in Atlantic city. I met a girl right around check-in had alot of fun. The 2nd was prob 3 hours later and we did 2 rounds in 2 hours. I would say around 2am i got frisky again and got a sw. My advice - sometimes you overestimate yourself,so what I like to do is if I'm having a crazy day fuck session,I like to end with walk-in amps, ie places where you don't have to cancel if you're tired. In case if you're touring se Asia or something, that's trivial. Here in US, not so much. So I usually fuck like a rabbit with scheduled providers and towards the end of the day start trolling walk-in amps.
I routinely do three girl nights with an hour or half an hour between girls. There, eater is just fine. For a day, useyrhead gave excellent advice about heavy foods. If you're popping a blue pill, heavy food will interfere as well. Staying hydrated, having enough sugar to replenish your energy and caloric but not heavy food should be the way to go. If you want to have a dry run, well, try to experiment elsewhere how your body reacts to your dick being super active the whole day
You probably want some rest or even nap even if you had a good sleep. Fucking a lot tends to do that.
