i have on several occasions received calls from hobbyists inquiring about services, the once in question are always calling from out of town, are always going overboard 0n kissing ass and always are very adimit on sending me money for my reassurance  and/or time spent on the phone (5 min max),  they want my address. this is the same routine every time.  they sound like telemarketers,and are as annoying as persistant bill collectors.  like they are trying to convince me that it would be in my best interest to let someone I don't know mail me $$ or gifts, what ever.  What do you think, has anyone else experienced this? I appreciate your time

I think its a contest to see how much personal information they can gather from providers.  I get them all the time too.  I've only had one pull through ( I have a PO Box).
