First off, you better be VERY low volume  when working out of a single family home. No one notices your traffic in a large apartment or busy hotel, but in a house located in a suburban neighborhood, YES your neighbors are going to notice.

 
Secondly, under no circumstances should you operate out of a home you own, or a home where there is the slightest link other than a lease agreement between you and the owner, unless you don't mind losing said home to the state in the even you ever get arrested some day in the future. Notice I said "arrested" not "convicted" Yes, it's possible to lose your home even if you beat the solicitation or "operating a house of prostitution" charge. Civil forfeiture laws have a much lower burden of proof than criminal charges and most often you will be working from the "guilty until proven innocent" standpoint and not the other way around.

 
Back to what I prefer as a client. To be honest, unless it's a multi hour date and we are going to be doing more than just fucking, I really couldn't care less if it's a house, apartment or hotel room. I do draw the line at the "Motel Six" kind of incall, but other than being clean, and not in a shit neighborhood, I am much more concerned with WHO I am spending my time with rather than "where" we spend our time together.

anonymity of a hotel is a plus.

I can count on the fingers of one hand how many times I've used the pool at a provider's in-call.

yep me neither ..  never even ever tempted to use a hotel pool the girl was staying in.    so count me for   priority   1( safe area  2) anonymous large enough hotel or apartment building   3)  clean bathrooms.  4)  easy and/or free and/or cheap parking.      some hotels parking can be $30 or more !  

only met 2 or 3 ladies at their own homes.  not even a trick pad house ... for me thats fine but i worried about the lady getting busted by the neighbors.  

where the neighbors see and might know but don't care. They won't call the police because they are that part of society that don't like/hate or avoid the police. Even if there was a swimming pool you wouldn't be able to use it. You going there for no more than half an hour and you got to get out. It would be so funny you telling the girls that you feel like going for a swim in the pool. LOL

I've done the topless pools in Vegas with dates and they're fun. Applying the oil, checking out the body before you call it a day and hit the showers.
But I've never gone to an incall where the intention was to use the pool. It would have to have privacy because we're running around naked, playing grab ass.
Good Question...but somehow I'd prefer the hotel pools, be it topless at the Wynn or Caesars in Vegas.

that nobody's mentioning is whether the "pool time" is on or off the clock.  If I finish a two-hour session and the provider asks me if I would like to join her in a swim, I probably would, but if she asks me after the first hour and I still have another paid hour to go, I would probably decline.  Its the same rule for me as not paying to watch a provider eat.  Dinner AFTER the session is fine, at my expense of course, but not DURING the session time.

I've done a few hot tubs with some ladies but never a hotel pool. Seems it was especially popular with some ladies in southern PA a few years back. Really great sessions.

and has someplace close I can waste time if I am a bit early near by. Nothing is worse than going to an appointment, leaving a bit early to make sure you can find it and traffic doesn't make you late then realizing the house is in an industrial  area outside of town with no nearby place to grab a drink so you aren't sitting outside of her incall looking and feeling like a creep. It happened to me when I seen a small town provider whose incall was a bit out of town. The session was great. But that 20 minutes I just drove not knowing what to do wasn't great.

Exactly what I was thinking, and why I don't do multiple hour dates with "time to sleep/eat" in the negotiations. I get a provider who doesn't want a monger hopped up on Viagara and coke for four hours of straight banging her. But I'm not paying for your dinner and drinks, just to watch you eat for an hour plus...or swim.

a couple of years ago that worked her way through school as a hooker.  I didn't discover her until her third year, so I only got a couple of years with her.  She lived in the dorms, but maintained an incall apartment for work.  Her rate was $400/hr.  She was young (22), Asian and DDG, so a lot of guys wanted to take her out, but like me, they didn't want to do it at $400/hr.  She usually only saw two customers a day after school ended at 2-3:00p, but if you booked 2 hours at the $400 rate, she would go out with you afterward for "social" time for an additional $75 an hour (two hour limit). She was the ONLY ONE I ever paid to have dinner with me after the session.  She was so young, hot, sophisticated and  smart, so I couldn't resist.  Neither could a lot of other guys.  

 
She also had the classiest exit from the business I have ever encountered.  When she was four months from graduation, she put up on her website that she was not accepting new costumers, only those she had already seen.  Then two months before graduation, she added that she would be retiring on June xx, and so her regulars were invited to see her as often as she has availability for until that date.  I saw her once a week the last month.  I told her the last time I saw her that if she wanted to keep  me as a customer after she retired I would be happy to spring for the hotel room when we met.  She said she would have loved to do that with me if she was staying in the US, bur she had already accepted a good job in London and was moving a week after graduation.  Her website came down and she disconnected her phone number, never to be heard of or seen again.  A sad loss for her regulars.  She was one of the hottest fucks I have ever had.
