What's the best way to see if a provider allows COF?  The only way I see is to go through the reviews to see if one of the reviewers has opted for it.  I know the CIM? review question has the "No, but facial" option, but it seems to be rarely used.

I never ask for Specifics over the phone. I ask when I meet in person. Most of the Providers I've seen usually allow COF. Reviews may not list COF as an option. It's best to ask her in person. Well that's my experience anyway.

However, it helps to have written reviews in order to get a reply

I just say "I want to cum on your face, I won't get it in your hair". You may be surprised how many times it works. The agency providers say no more the independents, probably because of the waiting line.
