If the cops showed up, I would just say I found him next to my door so his wife and family would never have to know what went on prior to the event. I prefer not have to deal with that at all, and we should not be put in that position. If you are that iffy about your health, you should think about all people concerned before you take such risks.

ya don't have the proper training, their's not much u can do. Every should know how to do CPR.
Ya don't have to do it perfectly, to save a life. Doing it ( CPR ) until the squad gets there, could make all the difference.

Nurse I would immediately start CPR to keep blood flow and oxygen to the brain and call 911. I would also check the client to see if he is wearing a medical alert bracelet for more information on his health status. If he was suffering from a stroke it is pertinent that he gets to a hospital immediately to reduce the long term effects that a stroke can leave you with.

Hello Beach Kitten,

That was a PERFECT answer!

That's the first thing that should happen during a heart attack or failure. Keep the hobbyist or in some cases the provider ALIVE is most important!!

Damn the repercussions that come after that. All of us, hobbyist and providers alike, know that there will always be a risk of some sort of unforeseen medical issue that will arise out of these kinds of situations. That's LIFE. Live with it.

Both parties should at the very least know the basic First Aid and CPR. That is not only useful in those kinds of situations, but also very helpful for family and social outings.

Serpius

P.S., you can be my nurse anytime!! :-)

Pawnbreaker you do know that the old UCLA football coach died from a heart attack in 1958 after being involved with a prostitute. You might want to ask some people who where around then and what the reverberations were from the media at that time. Also you might want to ask did the prostitute meld back into society seamlessly as well.

That is true. Taking an 81mg aspirin can help. It also helps to take a daily dose of an 81mg aspirin if you are at risk for heart attacks (ie clogged arteries, previous stents)

Posted By: mrfisher
I carry them around in the car with me just in case, along with bottled water.

Apparently aspirin opens up the blood vessels and relieves the symptoms.  Any minutes you can buy during a heart attack can be important.

In the meantime, call 911, do CPR if you know how and in my case, zip me up please.

Angela,

Wow, so you are willing to leaving someone to die at the hotel?

Never mind that the fact that you are a provider, the hotel staff will know that you are a provider by doing this and can pin you to the medical situation.

How would you explain that to the police?

I would love to see your answer to that question.

if for some reason I was so good in bed that I caused a lady to have a stroke or heart attack in my presence, my first action would be to call 911 and do everything in my power to save a life. I would hope a provider would care enough to do the same for me.

The rest of the P4P stuff can be dealt with later and is rather trivial in the grand scheme of things.

ADDRESS the peron is picked up at for insurance reasons...there is your record of where he was at.  If it were that easy to disappear there would never be any questions or investigations when people die, nor would they ask for the names of the other people around or for them to make a statement as to what happened.

the paddles? I mean they didn't almost drown but their heart stopped. Nothing is constricting the airways, so I would think you could only make the heart beat again by compressions or paddles. I am in Healthcare but not the clinical side, so I don't know anything other than what we had to take in undergrad.

Hello,

Logically, that won't work. Once the cops and the hotel folks start invesitgating the situation and found out that you have provided false information to them, that's not going to do you any good.

In fact, you can be charged with Interfering With A Police Investigation. Why bother?

Just tell the truth and most likely you'll get a stern statement from the cop and the hotel folks and you'll be on your way.

Honesty is the best policy... in my book and should be in everyone's book.

Most hotels have cameras in the hallway. You're much better off telling the cops you're traveling on business (which is true) and you hooked up with him. Make sure the place where you say you met him is somewhere that no one can verify that the two of you weren't there. If it turns out he had drugs in his system, the police will have more questions for you.

Security cameras are everywhere. Make sure they don't mess up your story.

be trained in anything other than the obvious. I had to do it because of school, but I doubt many women in this business even think about such a thing. I never had anything happen in the biz, and I am going to try my best to make sure it won't occur. I do have an age limit I won't go beyond, but hell some guys in their 30s can have a heart attack if they are on drugs. Regular health problem are not my main concern...someone with drugs in their system is. That's when the cops start asking a lot of questions and even suspect the provider of giving or doing drugs with the person in question. No freakin thanks! If some guy pulls a Pulp Fiction in my incall, he is going in the damn lake with some floaties!

Each of us has different consequences to face based on this hobby.  For me, the biggest issue is health and safety.  A misdemeanor is just that.  I get to live still.  The other two, maybe.
Plus, the dumbest part is when you take something like banging a guy to death and turn it into (I don't know the legal term) lying about banging him to death... then I think you face a bigger issue.
Intention is the most important part.  If you leave him to die, you intended to...
Just like, taking ALL the money you make and saying you made it babysitting.  It was only a misdemeanor until you turned it into money laundering or tax evasion.
Don't be stupid.  Claim your income, pay your taxes and save the son of a bitch!
You can always kick his ass later for almost dying;)

It's pretty sick that anyone thinks the best answer is to walk away!

Hey MConnedtion,

I agree with you 100%!

I, too, am surprised by the lack of respect of life by some people on this thread.

Floaties? Cement shoes? Come on people. You can't be serious.

Refusing to take a few simple courses in First Aid and CPR which is offered by your local Red Cross (in many cases for FREE) is a LAME EXCUSE. No one needs to be a rocket scientist to attend those life-saving classes.

Lets assume you are both naked.  Get him on the floor, CPR is ineffective on soft surface.  Start CPR as appropriate at once (great tips already).  After first set call 911...  know the name ofthe hotel & room number.  Second set / grab panties & shirt for self.  Third set / remove chain / night latch on door, unlock if possible, stick something in door or leave ajar.  Continue CPR until EMS arrives, give EMS the basics.  He's in good hands, grab your clothes & lock yourself in bathroom until decent.  Think about what you're going to say.

Good arguement for leaving street clothes in bathroom.
