I, personally, think they're a distraction and don't add any pleasure whatsoever.  I think I saw someone once who had one on, and after a few minutes, I took it off and threw it towards the trash can.  Same thing goes for toys in general.  I don't enjoy artificial stimulation when I am with a man.  It's like bringing a fleshlight to use on yourself when you're with a woman.  Why bring toys and stuff when you're with another warm body?  Just my opinion.  Toys, vibrators and stuff are best for when the girl is alone at night.
