on more than one occasion they are one and done. But ended up being able to go multiple rounds and climaxing each time. They were pleasantly surprised. One recently ended up booking me 2 more times while in Vegas and a couple times in Illinois during my recent tour. 
I guess it depends on the provider and the client,
the more it seems multiple rounds are hit-or-miss during a session. It is definitely less likely to be a miss when the gal I am with pushes all the right buttons, demands to get as much from me as she can, and works hard to keep me going.

Thought it was impossible for me to get going without a little blue pill. But one of my best discoveries of a couple years ago proved me wrong. Saw her without the meds a little while ago and she still made me hard.
Part of it is always going to be your physical condition, like did you get enough sleep. But a mojor part is the lady you are with, her attitude, the visuals, the mood, etc.

the dreaded "increased recovery time" symptoms, where there was not enough time for MSOG, I started booking 90 minute sessions, but the second cup was taking longer than the first and it was still hit and miss, so a month later I started booking two hours sessions on all repeats and that seems to have solved the problem. Plenty of time for two pops and a relaxing chat and shower afterwards.
It's become very rare at this point for me to go twice in a one hour appointment. Some want to try anyways, almost like it's a challenge. I'm pretty sure I know my own body better than anyone. VERY rarely, I end up being proven wrong.
