As many on the board may know MystiqueUSA was banned by TER staff in March of this year.  Staff had heard rumors about our recent opening in Las Vegas and chose to err on the side of caution and then search out the facts.

Mystique as it turned out overreacted and pursued a legal track that was ill advised.  After providing TER Staff with a myraid of facts that they could verify Staff reinstated Mystique and we wish to first say Thank You to Dave and his team and apologize for putting them thru the ringer so to speak.

A less confrontational approach would have been a better way for us to go as it turned out.

Again, our thanks for TER and Dave's understanding.

Mystique is back, and already, we are getting provider's recieving e-mails asking why Jack is being talked about on the Provider's board.

Boy, that didn't take long at all. So I guess we ladies should just stop participating in our private board, because God only knows who is going to see the things we have to say.

Let's see if we read this post correctly:

An escort agency, promoting an illegal activity (certainly in Clark County) was going to pursue a "legal track" against TER?  That would have been amusing.  I assume you have legal counsel on retainer and had counsulted them first.

Now your tail (pun intended?) is between your legs and this is your required public apology?
