Hi Everybodies! :)

I'm re-posting this here on the Genereal Discussion board, cause since I'm in Kansas City, the "Other Cities" board didn't seem the best place to post it....sorry for the duplicate :)

I'd like to find out if guys have an opinion one way or another on hotel rooms....let me explain.

Since I do NOT offer incall at my home, I have found that what works best for me is to get a hotel room for the day that I know I will be available, so that I'm able to offer "incall".

At first I was just going to average hotels, you know, looks nice, good safe area of the city, clean but no frills. Nothing wrong with that, but then I started thinking...if I'm going to be spending all day and much of the evening in a room, why not make it a nice one? You know, really enjoy myself and order room service for dinner!

So I started getting rooms at some of the nicer hotels in town. Sometimes twice the price of average hotels, but it is just so darn nice to spend the day in a suite with tables, chairs, a sofa, and a separate bedroom....and most with mini-bars a room service.

So my question is...guys, as a client, does it matter to you if you go to a girl's "incall" location for the day at someplace like a Super 8 motel, or would you rather arrive at an upscale hotel where you can sit on a sofa, have a cold drink or a cocktail, then venture thru the french doors to the bedroom?

Myself, I would think it would make a difference, but a few male friends of mine (that are not in the hobby) seem to think that a room is a room is a room and I'm just wasting my money getting the nicer ones.

I'd really like to hear your opinions on this...heck, I'd love to hear any opinions the ladies have on this too! If you'd rather not post your opinions/comments publicly here, please feel free to e-mail me privately....love to hear what you think!!! [email protected]

*smiles*

Since I hobby when I travel, I don't often see a lady at her incall location. I always book a three star hotel room myself, using one of the online services. In the midwest, I have been able to get three star for about $40 per night (not so back here in the east!)

I think you deserve the stay at the nicer places (if you can fit it in your budget), given that you are spending a lot of hours at your incall. I think your clients would appreciate it also. I often see positive comments in reviews about a lady's choice of a hotel. Hey, why not try to get the jacuzzi suite and really give your clients a treat?

It makes all the difference in the world.  You don't have to get the Presidential Suite at the Waldorf unless that's what you want, but not many people enjoy checking into a Motel 6.  It makes you feel like you should be the next guest on Springer.  Your environment of choice says a lot about you, intended or not.  It also affects your attitude.  You have a rendezvous at the Waldor Astoria, a tryst at the Hilton, an affair at the Holiday Inn, and you gets you some at the Motel 6.

The suite idea is great and I do feel more confortable than just walking into a bed, but there is also another problem with the better hotels, especially for married men.  Until recentlly I have done mostly incall and although it is not a great turn on driving up to a Motel 6 etc. being able to almost park by the door has its advantages.  I never feel good about walking through upscale hotels and going on elevators.  Never know who I may meet.

Last year in Phoenix a guy got killed while with a provider he know. Long story and he was just dumb, but the scary thing is he got caught on three different security tapes with the girl and the pictures were all over the news.  No telling who sees the security tapes at better hotels.  I know it is something I think about in my home town.  Now traveling may be a different story.

Hi Jan,

Personally, I have two moods.  One is to stay at a really nice 4-star place, meet the lovely lady in a cocktail lounge and really get to know her, dine, drink, and have fun.  For these dates, a really nice place is a must.  On the other hand, occasionally, you just want to walk into some half ass hotel and get wild.

Since you are the lady doing the booking, I say suit your mood.  However, you might want to give a bit of thought to the type of guy you want to attract.  Classy guys can dress it down, but really low end guys won't dress it up and will feel uncomfortable at a 4-star anything. Think of what you want to cater to.

Good luck to you,

A luxury hotel feels too exposed; a motel is too sleazy.

A good mid-renge business-class hotel (like a Radisson or Amerisuites) is the best option I think... also in a business hotel people coming and going don't raise as many eyebrows.

I have tried both ways. Local motels and cheaper hotels are okay for one or two sessions, but being in one all day would really suck. The nicer hotels are just more comfortable adn that should make everyone more relaxed.

I know a couple of the pornstars use Priceline to get their hotel rooms when traveling. They can set the general area, how many stars and what they are willing to pay. Some have gotten truly spectacular deals on 4 and 5 star hotel rooms during the week. You may want to give them a try.

3 stars or better when traveling.
Damn don't those 5 stars make you feel goods!

Locally it depends. Holiday Inn quality or better.

Jan I prefer nice hotels like a courtyard by Marriott, Suites type or homestay.  Stay away from the Really cheap ones as they are pretty sleazy.   I hate Motel 6 type or days in or Super eight.   Better hotels make for better fun.   Just ask your friend Headmaster he knows great hotels.
