Re pictures, I imagine lots of them get shared around and are anonymous enough so no one would get "outed" and therefore neither party would care.  For example, my ATF complained to me that she doesn't like Jersey Boys because they send her e-mails saying, "Send me a picture of your twat."  So, given my need to be politically incorrect, I commiserated with her, then ended the e-mail with, "Send me a picture of your twat."  So she did.  I won't offer to post it.  But, if I did, who cares?  She wouldn't.  It's just a picture of a pussy.  For all I know, it might not even be hers (must check on that!).  So I wouldn't be too harsh on the dude over this.

I've got some private pictures of women.  The key word is private.  The example you used is one that she sent you, and probably has sent it to others before or since.  I would never share the private pictures that I have without the lady's permission, and I'd never ask for that permission.  Most of them are no more revealing than what is on their sites.  Still, private is private.

Actually, I do get that, which is why I'm not sharing, and will not.  I just think there's room for a little difference here and that a lot depends on what's actually in the picture.  I actually can't imagine anyone -- provider or client -- permitting a picture to be taken that could ID them in any way.  I understand what you're saying goes beyond that re "private is private."
