One of mine is to put a lady in wrist and ankle restraints. Lock the wrist and ankles together. Then chain the restraints to the bed. Also put a on strict collar around the neck and fuck missionary style, lol.

I was just wondering if any of the ladies have been asked to fulfill a weird fetish fantasy? Im only asking because I had a gentleman who requested that I eat alot of beans because he had a fart fetish..lol..(thats the first time I heard of that one)..so he asked me to consume beans and preferably burritos a couple of hours before we were suppose to meet up..I asked him if he was serious and he said he was..so I screened him and he passed and he seemed sane..lol..so I admitted to him that I never done that fetish before and he said he understood..he just wanted me to "let her rip" in his face during 69..for some reason, that whole idea didnt appeal to me one bit because it would make feel self conscious..so I had to decline that appointment..now what I want to know is..has anyone else had a weird fetish request and if you did..how did you handle it?

I think my laughing hysterically might have ruined the mood. As I read your post (and I seriously have no doubts that this guy was seeking that) I just started laughing out loud...really loud.  It is very interesting what people have as their "thing", and we all have our "things".  That however would be bizarre and I certainly understand why you begged off.  Ironically enough the lady I spent some time with today said as I was leaving she needed to use the bathroom (as she needed to fart), and we both just had a little laugh over what is a normal bodily function.  For me though I didn't need to inhale the fumes to get off...I just said my good byes and off till the next time we meet.  On the reverse, what would you have done if he had asked you to be the recipient of his farts (I would say go for it and just take a lighter out and see if you can torch it...I know that's juvenile...but it would be funny

Have you considered handling the fetish in terms of the extra hours of preparation or recovery it entails? You could charge the client for the hours of indignity, outside the actual session, during which you would be unpresentable to other clients and therefore unable to do business.

Being highly oral, I'd rather ask a provider to play marchmallow "Chubby Bunny" repeatedly. (innocent examples can be found on YouTube) And swallow them all each time!

yeah I considered the after effects it would have on me and my sessions with m other clients if I went ahead with his request and Im glad I declined:0)

I am a provider and have seen many different types of clients. When I worked for an agency when I first started, I came across more fetish and fantasy appts then I do now. The reason why I didn't get so many special requests in the past were because I believe that I didn't really advertise for it. Now though I am getting more into fetish and roleplaying and fem Dom. It's really quite interesting as long as you have an understanding of it and a curiousity to learn more about it.

An interesting "fetish" that I just recently got asked to participate in and did was Hypnosis. I had never really heard of it and he made it easy for me by emailing me a list of his "triggers". I could follow them in any order I wished and use it however I wanted. He was young and he said it started by him originally going to get an actual hypnosis for stress release. I was skeptical but as soon as I began giving him his commands and triggers he would go into a trance and certain things who would become mindlessly, and obediant. He would fall into a trancelike state. Very very interesting. Other triggers and commands he would become uncontrollably aroused, and he actually came without touching himself. There is definitely a correct and incorrect way to handle hypnosis and I got it and we both enjoyed our time! He so much that he came back two days later for more.

other requests are off: foot worship (of mine), mindless and obediant slave, humiliation, cuckolding, piggy play. List goes on and on.
