You find a variation on that on sites like Adult Friend Finder. You'll have a picture of a woman that looks so good, there's no way she has trouble getting dates. And it looks professionally shot, too. And when you email her, you get a return telling you to stop by her site. They you find out it's a paid site. And purportedly, she's one of the features inside.
