A guy is on a cruise ship in the middle of the Pacific and it suddenly sinks.  Luckily he was washed up on shore of a deserted island with only one other survivor from the ship who just happens to be Heidi Klum.  Needless to say, as time passes and since it's just the two of them they become intimate.  A few monthes pass and they get closer and closer until finally the guy says, "Heidi, we're close right?  Best friends, lovers as close as 2 people can be right?"

"Of course," she responds.

He continues, "Well, I was wondering if you could do me a favor.  I know this might sound a little wierd, but it would mean a lot to me."

"Sure," she says, "anything you want."

"I was wondering if you could put on this pair of slacks and this button down shirt."

She shrugs her shoulders and says, "Sure, no problem."

"I was wondering if you could put on this tie and this jacket."

She's starting to think this is a little strange, but again she says, "OK, whatever you want."

"I know this is a little wierd, but can I call you Bob."

Now she's getting a litte wierded out but figures it's just the two of them so she says, "I guess so."

He puts his arm around her shoulder and says, "Bob, you wouldn't believe who I've been fuckin'."
