As a provider what has been the biggest mistake/regret that you have had being in the hobby (in terms of lossing a good client, or a potential good client) someone who could have become a regular ?

I am not talking about over screening or references. You have to do that for safety sakes.

except one appointment where I just could not seem to relax, and get past my shyness and nervousness. The more I tried, the worse it got..

He was a horrible person disguised as a good client.  I'm sorry I saw him as long as I did.
