Far be it from me to speak for Naomi.   However, I have known providers who won't do certain things in this sphere that they actually enjoy in their personal lives.  They just don't want to do these things with clients. ;-

It's just a language nit.  I would say she "doesn't like doing them with providers" which would be equivalent to "I don't want to"  even if she liked doing them with civie friends.

I'm kind of like this. My menu isn't completely open to everyone until I'm comfortable with you. If someone comes into a date demanding and not the most polite you're not getting the full extent of my menu. If on the other hand you've been respectful and courteous I will be more open to doing and exploring more with that person. Respect is absolutely vital.

Better to advertise a smaller menu and have the guy feel like he's "special" and got something extra than deny him an activity he may be expecting.
