I have a question... know I realize I am a newbie to this.  I read both general discussions and FAQ or newbies.. but what I have never seen is a messages saying such and such is a set up.  we talk about CL being dangerous but no one ever says hey this ad is LE..... why is that??????

I agree. We need to keep everyone informed of such. We ladies stay in contact regarding "bad" guys and set ups as much as we can, you guys should inform one another if you know anything negative, so another would not walk into it and learn the hard way.

That's more likely to be posted on the regional board, as it would be specific to that provider or area.

If every guy who saw an ad that he thought was fake started posting about it here on the national board there would not be room for anything else! I see guys questioning Eros and CL ads on the Boston board all of the time.  That is where the concerns should be raised.

609.495 AIDING AN OFFENDER.
   Subdivision 1. Definition of crime. (a) Whoever harbors, conceals, aids, or assists by word
or acts another whom the actor knows or has reason to know has committed a crime under the

Also--

239.24 HINDERING OFFICIAL; MISDEMEANOR.
Any person hindering, impeding, or restricting in any way any employee of the division
while in the performance of official duty shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.



Only if the original crime is a felony, since prostitution is only a misdemeanor then any "aiding offender" cannot be a felony. Hindering (impeding) is a misdemeanor.
