Take a poll in the neighborhood?  At the next PTA meeting?? lol ;-)

I don't think that, as a whole, women that provide have greater sex drives then other women that don't.

I think that we are:

a.) more sexually confident, able to ask for what we want more often, giving the illusion of a higher sex drive

b.)more self aware, knowing what we want, and how we want it, giving the illusion of a higher sex drive

c.) more experienced and open minded, giving the illusion of a higher sex drive

I also think that when you have regular sexual stimulation in your life, it keeps that libido turning...  Civie women don't get their girl parts stroked and fondled regularly might not have their libido developed as much, but that doesn't mean there is not a sleeping tiger in there that couldn't be woken up...

Empirically & unscientifically! Just your impressions from personal experiences and discussions. :)

Here's  some of my personal examples that shape my opinion:

I have an ex-wife. We had a great sex life- exploratory, passionate, fulfilling. We got to know how to please each other so well that she orgasm in under three minutes (yeah!) She was a "single O" gal, did not like sucking cock, nor anal, did not experience arousal at random, never masturbsted, and was satisfied with one or two times a week.

I have an ex-so, self described as having a high-sex drive, was into everything, loved giving head, could almost come from nipple play.  A gusher, who was multi, multi-O ! But was satisfied with once a week 3-4 hour session, maybe masturbated once a week.

Neither of those is a high drive to me. Not when I am looking for 10 times a week.

Now, the providers or strippers I have talked withabout their sex drive have said they look to have sex or masturbate everyday, or several times a day. Some have said they like to get a man off, even if they dont get off themselves.

So, my perspective is, as a group, providers have greater sex drives i.e. they are at the high end of the spectrum for desire and fulfillment. But that's just my guess, based on what I have seen.

WHAT SAY YOU?

they are more MOTIVATED to be friendly...

ka-ching

But they are just women.. like women everywhere.
Some have higher sex drives then others.
That is rarely the motivation to join this service industry.

The desire to love, heal people doesn't correlate to the sex drive.  Sexual energy is not sex drive.

But people seem to want the fantasy or to promote this fantasy. I hate when people reduce it to some aberration in our characters...some base desire for sexual stimulation. Trivializes the importance and value of our work which extends so far beyond the physical.

We are paid to have a greater sex drive than most women.

But, I find in both civilian and hobby life if I enjoy the sex I want more of it. If the sex sucks.....I don't need or want it.

Kisses,
Alex

If she encourage 4 pops in 2-3 hours or 2 pops in 1 hour, I'd say her sex drive is high on my meter scale. If I feel she's hoping for only 1 pop in 1 hour, then - no. You can never generalize, and that's why there's low-volume and high-volume providers.

This is YMMV.

If the provider is not into you, her drive may be less or just wants it over.

If she's really into you, she may go into over-drive and milk you to the last drop. Who knows.

You are aware that it is the job of a paid professional to fulfill your sexual fantasies, including us being sex starved nymphos that are insatiable, right?? :-p

I'm not trying to ruin any fantasies, but one of my best friends (now retired) could never get off during dates, and confided to me that even getting off by herself took a long time and was "work".  She was an amazing GFE provider, had multiple  regulars that were loyal to her for years, and all of them thoughts she was a multi-orgasmic woman that was highly sexual.  She is not the only provider I've  ever known that was not able to climax during sessions either...

Of course I do know sex starved nymphos also.  And I know many women that fall in between the two ends of the spectrum discussed above.

But consider this: who wants to hire a woman that has the same sex drive as what they get at home?  No one!  So regardless of if what is true or not, it is our job to give you the fantasy you don't get elsewhere.  Don't look too closely or think too much about that...there is nothing wrong with suspending reality for a second...we do it all the time when watching movies or TV. ;-)

And wives and gf's have busy lives...they don't have the luxury of being able to think about sex and be stimulated by it in a multitude of ways everyday, which would most certainly increase their interest in masturbation as well as actual play time.

And fucking 10 times a week with the same person requires more then just a working cock IMO...  That gets boring fast if there is noting else going on but "in and out"...  Again, most civie women don't have the knowledge base/stimulation we do to have the same skill set for all of that...but also, some men have illusions about female sexual response (that are formed by sex workers telling them they were great, or watching porn) that make them think their wives should be satisfied with what they are doing when it sometimes really isn't enough to keep them interested or engaged.

Many sex workers gravitate towards this work because they have an interest in sex or exploring their sexuality, for sure.  But not all...  And I think it's a disservice to women everywhere to make such assumptions about sex worker vs. non-sex worker drive and libidos.  Instead of feeding the fantasy, how about working to stimulate and support civie women being able find their own mojo, and breaking down the Madonna/Whore barriers all of us women have to try and break down when dealing with issues around our sexuality??

I know...not quite what you were looking for, but I hope it gives some honest perspective.

Happy Humping :-)

I would have to say that for me, and I have learned NOT to speak on behalf of anyone but me, that I give a great illusion of a high sex drive...always ready to see the client...always eager.

I mean how would it look if I greeted my client and said I wasn't in the mood but go ahead and do your thing? Not good business practice...and even if I actually felt that way, it's my job to show the complete opposite and show him a really good time.

Thanks for the honest and intelligent response.  Always nice to get a peek into the reality behind this little world.

Your post may slightly dampen the fantasy for a few guys out there, but I doubt it.  We fall into one of two camps.  We either know that it is a fantasy and appreciate the role providers play (if they are good at it, as least).  Or, we delude ourselves into thinking that it is a fantasy for everyone else, but not when it comes to us personally.

I am in the rare segment that KNOWS they never fake with me!   LMAO!!

LOL...I actually have refined my delivery...and remarkably can say the same thing but this gets heard and I seem to have reduced the negative knee jerk reactions I used to get.

Something to be said for not taking anything personally, getting up and stepping away from the computer when foolish retorts abound.

You ascribe an incorrect stereotype to me, by assuming I stereo type providers. Unlike what you infer, I am not looking for a predetermined answer. In fact, you gave me exactly what I was looking for: an honest answer. Thank you!

Many of your comment are very applicable and are helpful for some men. (Although they do sound a bit like you don't have a very high opinion of men overall.)  I can tell you that I moved past those issues many moons ago.

Happy Humping to you to!

All I'm sayin' is that even if the desire isn't immediately there ... when your dream man walks in (however you define that) and lays some serious skills on you ... you might just forget somewhere along the line that you weren't in the mood to start with and enjoy yourself.

Most likely it's higher than some, lower than others, and on par with the rest. There are too many variables and not enough data to be able to create a testable hypothesis. :)

You know you're right..I had this guy come over and he gave the best..I mean the best foot rub I have ever had and it relaxed me, made me coo and moan and yes, I did feel better and thoroughly enjoyed that attention.

I try to set aside time in any session for such attentions. I went to massage school.

I am perfectly aware that whether or not a lady might enjoy sex with me is a real crap shoot and the odds just ain't in my favor, even if I were the hunkiest guy on earth.

So I endeavor to make sure she enjoys SOME aspect of the session -- be it conversation, a foot rub, or whatnot.

I worship and adore men, and would not be complete without them in my life.

I just understand the vast differences, as well as the common need, all share when seeking out sex workers.  I also understand how long term/frequent flier's perceptions about women can get skewed over time when their reference point becomes predominantly formed on highly sexed women.  Understanding this doesn't mean I don't hold men in high regard...it means I think their perception is skewed, like anyone's perception can be skewed when you are immersed in a limited environment.

And I didn't assume anything about you stereotyping sex workers-I just assumed you believed the fantasy they were selling you since you posed this question, then held up your experiences with sex workers against your own two personal relationships to help make your point.  If my assumption was wrong, my apologies.

All my best to you on your journey,

Your opinion towards men are understood! (and appreciated, I might add)

No apologies needed about the assumption. I don't buy into the stereotype, but many people outside of the hobby that I talk with do. I bring up the subject of P4P often to people I talk with NEVER mentioning I am in the hobby. (hobby? what kind of hobby?... hehehe)

I have no friends in the hobby, so my question was motivated by genuine interest into what those, who have direct knowledge, actually think.

In my age bracket where I live, there are many single women my age, who do not date, and are perfect content with their dog or cat at home and their kids/family that are leftover from their divorce. Everyone knows what goin' on in my little town and I'll tell ya, there are no cougars and few sexually active amongst the divorcees.

It is very interesting to hear what THEY THINK a woman who is a provider might be be like. "A bunch of nymphos and drug addicts" is commonly heard. Little do they know, huh?

"I worship and adore men, and would not be complete without them in my life."

I feel the same way about women. Maybe that is what is missing from the group of women I've refered to here. Who know?

Best to you as well!
