TER is a good place to advertise as it is free. BackPage is like CL. Cityvibe has its fan as does Eros. You may try to Google escorts and advertise is the first few sites that come up for you area. There are others that are good but I can't bring up on TER as they also have reviews but they show up on Google.

Well first off you can advertise on your regional TER board, you have to meet certain requirements. Read the self help center on the newbie board, in red print. Next try these escort malls.  Eros, Cityvibe,
Backpage. Opinions on the quality of these 3 boards varies, but take a look and form your own opinion. Also google something "yourcity escort malls"  There are local boards all over the country and a google search should find a  local board for you to advertise on.  Good luck
