incarcerated for, but rather violating the terms of her probabtion which forebade her from driving.
That is more serious and I can see why.
If people don't follow the terms of their probabtion, then why bother to have it? Eventually you'd have more people in jail because a few scofflaws decide to ruin it.
That's what makes Paris' release all the more loathsome.
And yes I know, this should be over on the legal board.
to affect certain members of our species... common treatments involve large infusions of cash into trust funds, and participation in insipid TV shows.... Other symptoms of this disorder include wearing no underware (even though we've seen it before...) drinking and drugging until you cannot stand, and uttering nonsense and having the media pronouce the statements "newsworthy." Support groups are often formed with other sufferers of the disorder.... I believe that it was recommended that she form a group with Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears and sometimes Nicole Richey.
Out of all the men on here you would have to be the most sought after as a client. You are always so kind and decent, respectful to the ladies and I'm sure an absolute pleasure to be with. You must have quite a charming personality...what is it 82 reviews and counting? I am simply heart broken that I am not in your area as I'd dearly love to see you. I am equally envious of the women you have surely thrilled. I have been following your post nw for quite some time and am growing increasingly more attracted to you. I think it's your quaint way of talking to the ladies...just sends chills up my spine.

incarcerated for. Her prison commitment will go down as a probation violation reinstatement of her initial 45-day suspended sentence for the crime of either Driving During Suspension (DUI-related) or Reckless Driving while DUI (I forget which). Anyway, the pv will fall within whichever docketed crime for which she had been given probation.
California law would've forbade her from driving, not necessarily the terms of her probation. The terms of her probation would've been "Do not break the law while under probation." She broke the law when the cop stopped her for driving under a suspended license, which license had been suspended due to her prior driving offense.
Anyway, we agree this belongs on the Legal Corner.
