Taxpayer money?

Hi everyone. I decided I wanted a Guest to come visit with me at the mansion this afternoon.  Pickings were slim, especially on BP.  After contacting a lady I felt would fulfill my needs, she informed me that I would have to pay $25 to view her YouTube video, and the $25 would be applied toward the session.  I became suspicious and politely declined.  She sent me 3 more emails trying to persuade me everything was legit.  I have never experienced a prepay, and I felt this was a scam!  Have any fellow hobbyists experienced this?  Can any provider enlighten me to the merits of this given any exist?  Governor Slaton.

You're not squandering taxpayer money on this, are you?  Cause that's exactly what you'd be doing: squandering it.

Get some lobbyist to pay for a reliable TER reviewed guest at your -- I mean, the PEOPLE'S -- mansion

This is a trend that I'd hate to see fostered.

What's next, paying to get into a Walmart

I never prepay.  I might consider an advance paymentfor an extended date that required her to set asside a big block of time (turning away other business) or significant travel where she will have expenses.
Why would she bother to meet you if she already has money and done no work.
