I've met very few women that are really skilled in this area. I'm like a lot of men that are embarrassed to admit it's pleasurable. Thought I was too much of a macho, he-man for it. Didn't think I would like it when it was first suggested. After trying it, I was hooked. The lady that I use to see, primarily because of her skill in this area, has long since retired. Don't know any women that really offer this as part of their service offerings and are also very good at it. Any recommendations?

I would suggest CindySpice from Las Vegas.  It is one of her specialties (as part of the overall session).  She really enjoys it.  And believe me, I understand what you mean.  Done right, it is a very enjoyable experience.
