Hunks by Hoss plans to open a western office and planned a friendly acquisition of the properties of Maxines but did not want it to be public due to fear of the stock going down.  Martha Stewart has already called to see if we plan to do the take-over as she has about 1,000 shares in Maxines.  If we follow through on the take over the quality of sex for sale will take on a new meaning for the Sacramento and the valley area as we move into a deeper market.  We do not want to expand too quickly in order to prevent a premature price increase of the property.  I am now checking with relatives about a work release program from their prison.  A close relative is about to be released due to a legal technicality as he got a charge of sodomy reduced to following too closely.
