Before the internet took over the world it wasn't unusual to encounter providers in a hotel bar. Has this practice gone the way of the Yellow Pages?

Vegas, certain NYC hotels, etc still have "freestyling" ladies, but I'm sure, like the yellow pages, that it's far less common find than in the past

Honestly I wouldn't trust a woman coming onto me alone in a Vegas bar or nightclub. If she was a civvy, she'll be working as an employee or with friends. Trick rollers are real. If it is obvious she is a pro, ask for her Info and do a light screening (website, reviews). Verify her images to who your talking too. If she had no way to identify herself as a pro, I'd part ways. I certainly wouldn't take her to my room and leave my drink unattended, or allow her to make a drink out of my site. They put eye drops in your drink and you will go unconscious. If they add too much you can die. Maybe it's vice. its not worth the risk to p4p without a safety net these days. I wouldn't even want to pay someone for play that I don't even know will do a bbbj lol.

I'd like to add a caveat, a man has to deduce which woman is willing who he'd want to fuck. Some of the ones who are willing, let's just say... I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. A guy has to have some standards. Plus, you know the old saying... everyone looks better the closer you get to closing time.

If you have cash and valuables left out and also can't run very fast, there's some risk of her snagging something and booking it.

I don't openly trust women on their own working bars in Vegas. Especially if you're carrying a lot of cash.

I promise you aren't going to die from eye drops in your drink. Unless you chug a gallon of straight eye drops, you're good.

I am vegas based and nightly I see ladies hanging in the bar picking up guys or looking for company it is not hard to find.
Most of the time if a guy is gambling and single he will get approached at the tables,machine,bar,or walking back to his room.Picking up a casino gal here is not recommended however it is done all of the time..some time it works out...other times...well...the stories from ter guys who pick up a casino gal is just mind boggling to hear.

they give you the shits and an upset stomach. They have been around from when I was in  my 20's and usually reserved for only the most annoying patrons.  A drop of dish soap will do the same thing. Always make sure that glasses get well rinsed with  water hotter than they were washed in.

I didn't say it couldn't cause problems, just that you're not going to die. Cases of very serious adverse effects are mostly in children who swallow a bottle, or administration over time (there are quite a few news stories of family members trying to poison each other over MONTHS using eye drops. If they were so lethal, many more accidental deaths would be reported.  

Thanks Jaydalee! I really didn't want to start a debate over visine killing someone. My comments are to promote safety among guys. Trick rolling in Las Vegas costs patrons over 2 million a year. Consider the reported losses from a list of cases: $10,000 in cash stolen, casino chips and a laptop stolen; $30,000 in cash and chips; $20,000 Rolex; $6,000 Rolex; $5,000 cash... The risk in Vegas is real. Just be careful is all.

I don't believe I did. According to an article published by the Las Vegas Sun in 2009, it was reported that trick rollers were responsible for $1.4 million in cash and goods stolen from them during the first nine months of the year. Thats what was reported so unreported incidents would raise that number higher. I saw a program on Netflix that highlighted the issue in a short segment and Casinos have stepped up security to keep trick rollers out, because it also hurts their business too. Some of the reported incidents were actually robberies that took place by men in wait, or pimps at gunpoint. I'm only encouraging safety and awareness. I grew up in the suburbs outside the inner city. I've seen a lot of shady shit among people I knew in high school, and after in my early 20's. If you're successful and alone, wearing expensive things and emanating a vibe that you have money, you're a mark to some people. IMO, the best way to avoid being a statistic is simply awareness. Jaydalees comment was perfect.
