I think an oral-only rate would be a great idea. I for one would take it.  I know we are paying for the time, but some providers offer "packages" of premium services. I dont see why this couldnt be a package to offer as well

I have seen many providers with two rates, but one is for fbsm and the other is for gfe. Usually, the fbsm is a massage and bj ending with only one pop and no sex, so the fee is lower. If you book a woman who only has one rate for x amount of time and it ends up being only oral for whatever reason, you pay the full rate.
