I know this has come up before, but what visa/mc/amex gift cards are both anonymous and support payment to ter? I picked up a "gift card mall" version today, and had no luck. I could activate it, but not use it for vip payment.

I have had goood luck of late with the Visa prepaid debit cards.  You have to activate them and give an email and address to get them to work, but I just use a throw away email and make up an address - it works (it didn't used to, but now it does).  I buy from a reputable store (Walmart, Safeway, - I had bad experience with cards from smaller conveinience stores)

For TER mempership, I usually do the international money order and mail it overseas.  It takes about a week from when I mail it but haven't had a problem yet.
