So I was having pretty vigorous sex with a girl yesterday night for more then an hour straight and did mish  for quite a while in the pushup position and boy oh boy is my stomach  sore today.talk about an ab workout! If I keep doing this I'll have a six pack real soon.i never realized how outta  shape I am.

Are always the ones where after wards my thighs and the muscles in my heinie are sore from all that fabulous motion. I absolutely love it and am in pretty decent shape. I smile and wince all at once when I get home and climb up the stairs feeling every muscle in my legs and tushy cry out from the pleasurable work out I had earlier. Consider yourself lucky to have had such a great time hon I know I always do.

what do providers do in anticipation of an emergency?......CPR classes, keep aspirin on hand, difibrilater   or do you ask health questions when you screen or when they arrive and not obviously in good health....

who i actually stopped seeing for that reason...he was in such bad shape that i did not feel comfortable spending such intimate time with him. very simple "activities" like walking, sitting down, standing up again caused him a great deal of exertion and sometimes pain. it was very clear that he had health issues that ran the gamut from heart to lungs to knees to back. some people just spend their whole lives not taking care of themselves at even the most minimal level, and clearly he was one of those. so although i am CPR trained, and have a paramedic relative who lives close by whom i could call discreetly in an emergency, i could not possibly feel comfortable and relaxed (and provide the most ideal experience) to someone THAT badly out of shape.

wouldn't be a bad way to go out, but unfortunately there was zero chance of such an event with this particular fellow. the light touch of my fingertips on his fly would be enough for him to erupt, every single time. so fucking was completely out of the realm of possibility, lol. fortunately though he claimed to always be satisfied.
