1. Charging $1000/hr claiming you are the gift to the world because you are some So-Cal chicky beach babe and in your 20's is retarded.  You are a 20-something chick and that's all.  Unless you can jiz liquid gold out of that 'pootie, don't bother me.

2. Your cookie cutter web site says you are "elite" and "the best ever".  Awesome.  I can read too many reviews that will tell me you are"the best ever".  Bo-Ring.  

3. You have pix from a name photographer.  That tells me you had someone pay for your glamour shots.
A photographer is someone that takes your money and gives you something in return.  Why does that sound familiar?

4. They are so elite and high class they can't laugh or make a joke/take a joke.  Say if we were laying in bed would be absolutely aghast if I said something like "pull my finger.  It's the last gasp of my brain escaping" after she just fcked my brains out.  Lord knows I am one of the best at tossing out self-depreciating lines that anyone can knock out of the park.  Take a swing or go home.    

What matters to me is "class" or "style"

1. $300-$500/hr max.  Discounts on additional time, If you charge $300/hr and tell me $1200 for an evening, what a deal.  Someone I prefer probably wont be seeing 3+ clients a day.  

2. Has the ability to hang out at anything from a dive bar with a cool band to a trip to the symphony.  While I have a very nice collection of tye-die and concert t-shirts, I also own my own tuxedo. Nearly all of my "work" shirts are monogrammed, but they also come from Land's End.  If I can travel in circles A to Z, I want someone else that can.  If a lady can go from Levi's to Louis Vuitton and not miss a beat, she's a winner and a keeper.  Especially if she doesn't give a crap because it's so "last year".

3. Reads books.  Has intelligence. Has a sense of humor. Has an education.  Doesn't take themselves' too seriously. Can carry on a conversation.  Has good tastes and can explain why they like something.  Let's say I ask what their favorite Champagne is, and they give me one that I like or better still, something I'm not familiar with.   And it's not Cristal, because rapper XYZ like it.  LVMH hates that and so do I.  

4. Has a brain.  See #3.  True sexuality comes from inside.  It starts upstairs, and it can't be surgically enhanced or reduced.  Give me someone with an acidic sharp wit, a smart-ass pun meister, thinks that every sunrise and sunset is unique and will never repeated, and is thrilled with the idea of watching either one in the arms of a friend is special, I'm totally there.  

4. Has a pair of eyes that shine like diamonds and a smile that can electrocute me.  OK. So that one isn't class or style, but just beauty.  I love the exploration of what is behind those eyes.

Well deserved status from reviews can only help a decent site.
And a lot of hard work and determination to stay in shape consistently over the years goes a
long way for word of mouth and repeat clientele.

If they throw around terms like "elite", "classy", "courtesan", "VIP", it kind of turns me off just a bit (all other things being equal).
I like real people, cool and down to earth, hot GND types.

Here is my criteria:

1. Looks - no racial preference, but only all natural for me.

2. Height - I'm very short, and I strongly prefer women around my own height - things just line up so nicely that way...

3. Price point.  As I'm not rich but always choose 2 hour sessions (so far), I'm lookin for sessions at around $600 or less.

4. A smile.  Obviously a lot of women don't want to show their faces, but when I see a beautiful smile, I melt.  Conversely, if a lady does have lots of shots with her face but never smiles, that is a major turn off to me.  I know she might be going for the sultry mysterious look, but this just doesn't work for me personally.

8.  Positive vibe on her website.  Some providers have a lot of negativity on their sites, which makes me think (fairly or not) that they just aren't fun, or that they really don't enjoy this and that it is 100% about the business.  For instance, I just read a website tonight of a lady who said she doesn't negotiate rates, so don't ask.  Okay, fair enough, I respect that of course.  But she went beyond that to say that she thinks its rude, disrespectful, etc. etc. for guys to even ask, and that she will block you from further contact if you do ask.  And that by asking it is clearly indicating that you are not the kind of guy she would like to spend time with.  Wow.  Talk about over the top.  And some have so many rules and specific procedures (cancellations penalties, envelope instructions, detailed hygiene instructions), that I'd feel like I was taking a test as soon as I walked in the room, lol! - and hoping beyond hope that I didn't do anything wrong to offend.  I think the average typical protocols that most abide by seem to work fine, so when a lady chooses to dedicate so much space on her site to detailing her own rules which are well beyond the norm, well, this doesn't exactly scream out to me that she is a fun personality that I'd like to spend time with.  Of course this might not be true at all, but with so many great ladies to choose from, first impressions really do matter.

I'm fairly new to the hobby but one thing that bothers me is when ladies charge more than their reviews should allow. I know the few ladies that are close to perfect 10's in the top 100 charge $600-1000hr but when someone barley over an 8 is charging $600+ makes me eye roll.

The few things that are important to me:

Photographer? Hell no. I could give two shits who took the pics. Actually that is not totally true. I am more likely to choose ladies who have good amateur shots, than one with Aldo pictures.

Rates? Definitely. I have a budget, and she has to fit in it.

Services? Yes. I read reviews and backchannel to see what is offerred.  

Board Presence? I have never seen a lady based on board presence, but I have been inclined to click on websites and do more research on some providers, because of their posting.
