Clit size is similar to breast size, some are bigger than others, some are more unique than others, but in my limited experience, it's not race specific.  

In my younger days, when I was still dating conventionally, I dated a AA woman who went absolutely nuts when I went down on her, I suspected this was because most AA men don't, but perhaps it was just because she liked oral as much as I do
