Got a bizarre message on my office voicemail and its freaking me out so any all opinions are welcome.  Someone called my office, voice mail kicked in, and they decided not to leave a message.  But...they accidently didn't hang up.  So the message has a man talking to a woman and I can overhear them.  The man is saying..."so your client is Chuck Wood and he works at the company he says on the voice mail?"  The woman says "yes, that's his name but I don't know what company he works at..."  and then the message goes into a mumble and then the man says "who's on my other line?" and my voice mail goes dead.

Now, in my business life there isn't anyone who would call me a "client" and not know my company name - except providers.  Is my imagination overactive, or was the message I overheard a situation where L.E. busted my provider and was going through her phone book?  How concerned should I be?  And if L.E. contacts me, what should I say (but I'll save that for the Legal board).  Or, might a provider have medical problems and her contacts are being traced (not that I've have to worry.  Whew!)

Would L.E. contact provider clients?  Anyone ever hear of that?  And why?  I'm in NYC, if that matters.  I'm sitting here going nuts.  Any comments would be helpful.  P.S. I'm not writing under the handle I review under just in case.

Hurm...I don't know what the actual case is and I hope it all works out ok for you.
I personally make it a habit to get rid of any phone numbers, email addresses or any other info after each client I have met.  I have ways of remembering who is who and what they like, but I would never leave personal information around for certain folks to get a hold of or connect me to that person.  I have to occasionally be reminded, but for the most part, I remember most of my clients in my own code words and don't fear the day LE walks in and takes my palm pilot or laptop.  They can threaten me all they want, but I would never sell anyone out, even if it meant a harsher punishment for myself as I find myself to be a honorable person who holds up one's word when I say I am discreet.

yes yes yes trust me that is exactly what they do... if they call you say you have no idea,,must be a mistake then do not talk to them,,,,, one time i  got a call from LE  asking to speak to my stage name ALICIA,,asking if i new "so and so" because my name and # was in his book,,, i said NO,,, that guys have taken my # at parties or bars in the past...but i have no idea who that person is ,,must have gotten it a very long time ago  ,,but i never persued a friendship...they said the person was a pervert and the cops had a warrent to search his home "for internet  sex stuff"  i said don't know a thing,,which was the truth

And this is the problem with providers requiring all sorts of personal information to meet with them.  While all the providers say that they would never divulge anything to LE and that they get rid of everything, who can guarantee this.  I know the providers have risks that they take in the hobby, but so do the clients.  My opinion, there are plenty of good providers out there that do not require you to provide every detail of you life which they will likely hand over to LE in the future to save their own butt.  Just venting.

But don't worry.  What are they gonna do?  If they get you on the phone, tell them you don't know what they're talking about or just hang up.  Even if you confess that you've "paid for it" over the phone (or in person, for that matter), what can they do about it?  Nothing.  Cops always try to scare shit out of people so they can use it later.  If anything, they'll want to get a statement from you to use against the girl who had your name and number.

But, if it was and they contact you  DON"T SAY ANYTHING!!!
It is your right to be silent.  OR  Just deny that you know who ---- provider is and then SHUT YOUR MOUTH.  Don't say anything that may incriminate you.  They don't have anything on you and they didn't see you pay for sex or anything else.
Stay calm and refuse to say anything without a lawyer.

LE Doesn't give a shit about the clients.  Hobbying is a misdemeaner (a fucking traffic ticket)  As is Providing.  Handing info over doesn't get us less charges.  That would be rediculous,  what could they give us that would be less?  The LE is not generally looking for misdemeaner charges they are looking for the FELONIES IE; AGENCIES AND PIMPS(promoting charges).  The only reason they hassle us is that maybe they can get info out of us by scaring us into talking.

 On a second note,  WE COLLECT INFO FOR OUR SAFETY!!!!!  Serial killers prey on providers  remember the Green river killer,  the spokene killer, Ted Bundy  just to name a few.  You guys can check us out thorouly through reviews and pictures and websites and all we get is grief about how you are married and don't want your wife to find out.  We have to face Jail, psychopaths who hate women, people who think providers are scum and beat up or murder us.  And for those of us who do incall, we face eviction and humiliation because of the common perception that we are less than human.  

I do not hate men.  I do not hate this business, I LOVE it!  I just thought some things needed to be said about the common perception that a provider would simply hand any info over to LE ( it is usually seized not willingly given).  Or that providers misuse info.  If you do your research and only see well reviewed providers then you have nothing to worry about.

You are so right.  LE does not give a s**t about arresting our clients.  Even Heidi Fleiss' clients did not get arrested and she was a felony.

And before you mention "Charlie Sheen", well he was already under investigation for drugs and he panicked and they did a plea with him...testify against Heidi and we will forget the drug charges.  But the cops never even arrested him.

Cops are not out to use providers to get clients.  But they will sure use providers to get to Pimps and Panderers. (whom they are really interested in)


I had a very unsettling incident today with a potential rapist who lied to me that he had been here before (must have read my address on a review site as he knew where I lived) he got rough with me and I had to physically push him out my door, lifting him in the air in the process as I grabbed him around his waist) and the door actually hit him on the ass/hip area very hard when I slammed the door on him and he is probably bruised because I slammed the door hard!  Then he hung around my swimming pool for the next hour so I am going to instigate very strict screening and if you don't like it then too bad because my physical safety is important.

There are a lot of nutcases who want to beat us up, rape, rob or murder us.

Maybe he was a child molestor who was into Kiddie Porn and they just wanted to know if you had seen any of that while at his home.

The one time I would talk to cops about a client is if I saw that kind of sick shit in his home.  Heck, I would be down at the local PD so fast they wouldn't need to come looking for me.

AMEN SHANNON.  I do incall in my HOME.  Not a hotel or a friends house my home.  I have to know who is coming and going.  I burn any and all info once the client comes to see me.  I am not interested in making anyone's life difficult.  But I want insurance that everyone is going to be on their best behavior.  When you come to see me you will know my address and what aprtment # is mine.  So your 1st & last name, dl# w/st. of issue and a home or work # are more than fair.  IMHO

haunt you, but why take the chance. You are under no obligation to speak with anyone you don't want to. Simply state the truth: "Sorry, it is not my policy to discuss who I do or do not know." No lie, just a statement.
