I am curious what everyone prefers. I love a private play pad, but also enjoy accommodating specific hotel requests. What’s your preference?

I have no preference. I'm curious to read alternative viewpoints.

Had a rather uncomfortable experience at a lady's incall a few years ago. It was a shared incall with another provider. Her friends client showed up a few minutes after I did and refused to leave. He wanted to wait for his date that was scheduled much later. My date assured me that she knew him and it was cool. I decided to leave anyway and even left my donation. Safety is important to all of us. I will still see a lady at an incall but I'm very skeptical now. I much prefer an outcall to my hotel when available.

But if you put a gun to my head, I'd say Hotel. Note Hotel, not some Motel 6 shit.
But a private residence is ok.

Nicely kept little flat, with clean towels and sheets, decent furnishihgs, in a discreet location--yes.
Bare trick pad with condom wrappers in the waste basket, faded sheets, that looks like one step up from an SRO--no.

I haven't been to many homes (a handful at most) but I've been to more hotels than incall spaces.  Last year, I had appts at two different and very nice incall locations.  The one in San Francisco was awesome in that in had everything you could think of for a wicked experience, with mirrors everywhere.   I don't have any info on either of these spaces, but I think a good incall space could work better than a hotel.

When traveling on business, which I hate to say has slowed down since COVID, I prefer the visit to me at my hotel.  I can prep the room the way I want, and have the music I enjoy (which is sensual).

I'm just such a miser I hate to see hotels get a cut of the action.

It's not a strong preference, but I like it when a lady keeps a studio.  Visiting her in a nice hotel has an illicit feel which is fun.  And I enjoy hosting a lady in a hotel.

private residence, but many of my sessions are in hotels when I'm traveling, but in that case it's an outcall for the lady who comes to MY hotel.  I never see a provider at a hotel that she is using for a temporary incall, because I don't know how long she has been there, nor how many customers she has entertained there before me.  I have no problem with whatever the number is, but a steady flow of men to the same hotel room increases the risk for me.  It's not as discreet as I prefer.  The same thing could be said about a provide residence used by a medium- to high-volume provider, but there is less chance that security cameras are keeping a video record of who is coming and going.

Private residence. Hotel has rules, perhaps nosy neighbors, room service, some risk etc.

Incalls are my  least favorite, so I rather  pay the extra for outcall. Don't  feel comfortable coming to a hotel I didn't  book, never gone  to motels , and will never go to a provider`s  home.

Loud? Except many providers use apartments and between a stream of male visitors everyday and your loud noise a lot of unwanted attention could be attracted.  

With another girl, turning 8-10 guys a day, times 2 and the traffic will attract some attention.  
Compound that with the noise and i can see a situation here.

10 or so years ago I saw Laura only for about two years. At the time she was on top of her game along with a 9+ TER rating  that she had for a several years. She had a killer two story apartment with several bedrooms each equipped for whatever you were into. Favorite beverage was always cold and ready when you walked through the door. She said she spent over 40K on the two story window curtains , I kind of believer her.
 For me that was the best provider accommodations I have ever experienced. It would be my preference if it was easily available, but I don't see that happing anytime soon.  Motels seem to work the best for new encounters.        

Is she still provides?

I myself as a provider for many many years will only have incalls at my residential home., when you stay at a hotel, you literally have 10 eyes /cameras staring at you, even if you're visiting a guest or vice versa. -Managers at hotels and staff employee's aren't stupid, they are trained for this now -to look out for ladies traveling alone, unless you have a good cover up, It draws too much attention to yourself, no matter how you look at it ! .my home is clean, disinfected, clean towels,men's body wash,etc...At home, I am aware of my own surroundings. Hotels creep me out !,I never know who's behind me, as I am walking to a room, or if there's someone there other than the client with him .could it be a set up?The wrong guy at the door? No body answers the door,someone is following me to my car ,etc  million of things could  happen ,who knows ?  I have heard many horror stories and if you truly think about it, Majority of trouble happens  when you leave your comfy place .Your Home no thank you

Not everyone has shared roomies.My suggestion to you, ask next time ? doesn't hurt, and if you arrive, there happens to be two ladies, leave! it's your time and your prerogative. Alot of providers, I know from many years of playing, the mature responsible ones, don't have roommates. For that  reason,ie ,,bookings,schedules, friendship,timings off ,or late, many revolving doors.late nights or early mornings ,many cars in the driveway, Its a complete uter mess depending on someone else's time and availability when you have a roommate.Most providers are very secretive about this work in the vanilla life ,even though its not a Hate crime .

who shared a two bedroom, two bath incall set up with another provider, and there is nothing wrong with each of them entertaining a customer at the same time in their respective private bedroom and bathroom. Usually, the customers' respective starting times are staggered so they are not likely to run into each other coming or going from the incall.

Has anyone ever tried the Bates Motel out on the old highway? It's a little creepy looking but it's got a rustic charm. The guy that works the front desk is a little strange but the rates are cheap.    

Is that the one owned by the young single guy, Master Bates?

I only cater to 1 lucky lad, so Hotels are always an option.

A hotel doesn't need the cops to check or tell the guests are being too loud.

Bravo Angelina Jones! I love it when providers go the distance like this to make the environment and session an optimal experience. There's so much more to it than sex. Like a good restaurant, it's all about the presentation. It also helps put me at ease. After going through the stress of getting to the location, parking, waiting for the 'I'm ready' text... and the nervousness of meeting someone new, when the provider takes the time and effort to greet me like this I immediately feel much more relaxed. This sets the stage for a great date where hopefully magic can happen.

Many provider should think professionally like you do. I don't believe in being cheap, and will gladly accept whatever donation is required in such setting.
