I've seen that happen - rule #1 however is to say nothing, but in this instance, she said something to me!  I've also been on a real world real date with a provider (going to a show) and had a "dude" come up to her knowing she was a provider and ask her for an appointment.... even if i had been a client, that is NOT cool, but I was cool, she was cool and it had no effect...
