Sometimes if you're on cell , android on chrome you can click desktop even on your phone. It worked when I was having trouble booking a casino hotel.

Does anyone else find this website quite difficult to use? One issue that has me completely frustrated is in trying to submit a review and the drop down function for required fields (e.g., "Smokes?") are not functioning, which makes it impossible to submit a review. I have tried numerous times and have contacted technical support, which only advises me to delete my draft and start a new review. On another attempt the drop down menus are still not functioning. Technical is not being of  much help. Maybe someone here can enlighten me.

I think if TER is actually broken I think more people would be complaining and TER would be working hard to address it. If the review functionality is broken and they don't care enough to fit it they may as well just unplug the machines.

 
Are you using a phone or a computer? Can you try different browsers? What security settings do you have related to things like Java or jscript? Do you have the browser's privacy settings set to Very High (or whatever the description you have to most restrictive and safe)?

 
I did just try to create a new review and had no problems with any of the drop down fields I tested, including the one for Smokes. SO I don't think the issue lies with TER.

I agree with Jensen.  I'm a web developer and different web features can work differently on different browsers.  

 
If you haven't, try Chrome.  I've had the best luck with it being compatible with most finicky websites.

Try clearing your cache file and browser history, especially if you haven't done it in a while.
It's something you should do on a regular basis anyways, as well as restarting your computer at least every other day.

Yes, I was going to give the same advise.

I've had issues when using my phone on occasion. Also sometimes when logging in the site seems extremely slow but once I'm in it's good.

 
I have to agree with others - sounds like a local browser issue. You may also want to try a different browser.

with the template timing out or the drop-down selections I already chose changing when I save a review in progress and then come back to it later.    I tend to write detailed reviews, and sometimes I get distracted in the middle, so I may have to save what I have done in "draft" and when I come back later, this is the time I am most likely to have any unusual difficulties.  

 
I have found a workaround that if you write your narratives first on a clipboard, PDF or word- processor, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate narrative box in one sitting right after you have chosen all of the drop-downs, it eliminates these problems.  Otherwise, I have to agree that starting over may be necessary.
