So I'm pulling together my financial records to send to my accountant so he can prepare my tax return, and it just occurred to me that even though I made thousands of dollars in donations to dozens of providers last year, I didn't receive a tax receipt from a single one.  How am I going to take a deduction for them now?

to any items that you donate? That can get pretty high for some.

donations to individuals aren't deductible.

You go to a provider and ask for tax receipt. I am sure all of them will be happy to help you with this and you'll make lots of appointments. xo

and would always wonder, "What did they do with my donation?"

I no longer have to wonder where my donation goes because now I contribute to the many "Women Who Get Naked" charities.

In return, I receive much more than a piece of paper indicating the fact that I have "donated".

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)....and your moronic posts regarding charitable foundations and now hobby expenses/income are simply WRONG.

Feel free to send me your 501(c)3 FEIN and Name as I'd be quite interested in seeing what your previously filed Forms 990 look like.

At a minimum you are seeking bank fraud, wire fraud, tax fraud and evasion.

It's bad enough that some gals might actually have believed your insane ramblings.  But to bloviate about topics you clearly have NO understanding or practical knowledge on, is simply dangerous.

If you'd like I can ask some of my friends at IRS to independently review your 501(c)3 status.  I'm sure that would be entertaining.  My inbox awaits your determination letter and FEIN.

@JLS...the rules on what constitutes a "hobby" are quite clear.  None of this type of activity remotely qualifies as a hobby, to either the gals or the guys.  The gals who file returns will use Schedule C, but do so as a matter of reporting their income/s as prescribed.  Schedule C is also the Form used when a gal has created an LLC.

Here's what the IRS says about the matter.  Bottom line: there is no way anyone who plays this game can call it a hobby for tax purposes.
If Pav is actually giving out tax-related material to her Johns she's committing fraud.  If she really believes what she's doing is right then she's a delusional dimwit and I wouldn't believe anything else she says either.

Some bad advice is simply fun to laugh at, other bad advice is not funny at all. Especially if there is even the slightest chance of some idiot taking her seriously and there is ALWAYS some idiot willing to believe what is written on the internet by some other idiot.

I consider the good Dr's post a PSA.

You OTOH should stick to giving bad, but generally harmless advice on the Newbie Board

the fuck board advise isn't their biggest problem! LMAO BTW, the guy on the newbie board thought he had a girlfriend and was getting extra services (bbfs) on the cheap. She "borrowed" some money from him & he lit up the boards and posted "rip off" review. I call it like I see it.

She didn't "borrow" money from him, she fucking stole it, and you are worried about hurting "her" income. She's a fucking thief and he was right to warn the community about her

We live in different realities and here less then 5 percent of people met me
You are chatting about me  just as you were chatting  about celebrity you never met nor will meet
Be happy that I did notice your posts at all.
You can now have a bit of glory - you spoke to me
Seems it is WHY some known individuals ( let s not point fingers) love so much post under my posts :)
I guess they want attention for my expense.

Last but least - I am not invloved in any ILLIGAL activities
I am upscale entertainer and not a prostitute
( now we will see who feel themselves to be offended by this statement - what surprises me - and why everybody tales everything on own count? What is wrong with objective, abstractive thinking?
Oh well
I am tied talk with foolish
It is sooo way more rewarding have educate opponents not just those who is can just google things.

I want to clarify the following - there is only 5 percent of man of my personality type and only 1 percent of women
So I think it is self-explanatory whom I able to meet and be friend with

However, you're "reality" is delusional and, as others have pointed out, your advice is for people to do something illegal.
A few more thoughts: "Be happy that I did notice your posts at all."  Nice!  Just one more example of your unbelievable arrogance.  It's not very pretty.
Also, "I am not involved in any ILLIGAL (sic) activities."  Oh, really?  You are not a prostitute?  But you're registered on this site and apparently take money for sex.  Your reviews and profile make that pretty clear.  Hey, so do I.  But at least I don't get on a high horse and lie about it.
Now, please, stop "noticing" my posts and stop commenting on them as well.  You just make a fool of yourself.

He didn't "loan" her shit. She stole it and it most definitely was a P4P situation.

I suppose you recommend that tricks write off their "donations" to hookers as well

Well, let's just say some people are very schooled in the law and in the practice there of.
One should consider Dr Who revived and his advice as it is very prudent indeed.
This is a funny post for those who know. Some people legally trained have seen foolish people actually believe some of this nonsense. We have all heard it. In the following hypothetical consider: "Are you a cop" or, someone told me the IRS can't do this or that." Or "my friend said this or that was legal." The problem was the "my friend" giving the advice was in jail right next to him.
A better use of one's time might be to work and create higher incomes than take all this time over silly unlawful tax deductions. Ask Wesley Snipes whether or not he would take on the IRS again.  His case involved major money.  Here, where the deduction could be a tiny, yet unlawful, tax savings, some would suggest DON"T DO IT.  Sun Tzu, in the Art of War warned,(Paraphrased) "If you don't know your enemy and you don't know yourself, you will always be slaughtered.
Some are acutely aware that many will disregard Dr. Who Revived's input. That makes for good business in some professions. my 2 cent
