Maybe if you took the time to read the review policy and how they are scored instead of creating aliases bitching about covered blow jobs, you would do ok.  You have to have ter membership since you are using an alias, just search for what you seek instead of bitching about providers who do cbj.  I actually have to say I am glad TER changed 10 (once in a lifetime to one in a million)

after more thought a lady that gives a CBJ could qualify for a 9 by being really bi and kissing "with tongue"  ( TER treminolgy). He states that ladies that give CBJ usually don't do anal so seems a 10 would not be possible. But it only takes 3 out of the four services to make a 7 a 10. If she did do anal, kiss with tongue, and is really bi, then 10 can happen even if she does only CBJ. I should have added this in my first reply. Who's to say the score is inflated. If a guy wants a CBJ and everything else is good then his performance rating of her is valid. First, if you even look at the scores and think they mean a damn thing you are stupid. TER scores are and always will be pointless. Read the actual review if you actually want to know anything about the service and how it really went. This will let you gauge as well the quality of the reviewer.

Second, there is a lady even in a market as screwed up as Utah's that provide the level of service you are looking for. Finding a BBBJ lady isn't hard TER even has a search fetcher that will screen out CBJ ladies. I really doubt there is a market out there you can't find several ladies willing to sick uncovered dick. Do your damn homework, and quit winning.

I think you are trying to be nice--not sure he deserves it.

It it was only his original post I could see how you might come to that conclusion, but I read his reply near the top and he is just ranting and insulting.

He may not like the rules--I do not like all the rules--but the way the number system is set up yes, a lady can get a 9 with a CBJ.  And since I know ladies who DO offer greek but do CBJ, yes a 10 is possible also.  What really annoys me about aliases who post this kind of rant is they are telling everyone that only their subjective preferences matter.  They are saying that a guy who prefers CBJ (or no BJ) because of health issues or any other reason should never be allowed to give a 9 or 10 rating to a lady since CC wants a BBBJ.
