GaG is correct. In most parts of the world all you have to do is grab a local cab driver. Well it doesn't have to be cab driver, depends on which country it could be tut tut driver, rickshaw driver, etc...

Just took me too long to get back online and in the meantime the thread unraveled.

Even if you'd gone to airport as soon as I contacted you, the flight & taxi ride wouldn't have reached the hotel before my time was up.  And that's a shame, as you're someone whom I'd like to meet.  Free time is rare nowadays, especially on trips.
