I really don't think it would have much impact other than hotel prices being sky high (if you can even find a room somewhere). Many ladies have their in calls set up at an actual residence, though. I would assume it could bring in lots of potential new business. Like I mentioned, hotel prices that weekend would be gouged to the max, but if that doesn't bother you, I don't see Any reason to "can" your trip to Houston.

Unless you get paid to go by a client, that is you fly with him there and not advertise, that is how I went the last few times.  Last year I was invited to attend with a client and noticed that there were many UTR providers from around the world present with their clients.
