Sure sounds like she's being watched.  I rarely see providers who work out of a residential location.

so i have seen a girl a few times and she is hot and her service is top notch, but it is not in the best location. not bad neighborhood, just people out and about, and the last time, there was a hint of bacon just sitting on the street pretty much right in front of the place.  needless to say i did get a little paranoid and waited for the car to leave to park and go in. but as soon as i was out the door, guess who's back! same car lights off just sitting in front of the place. i was so paranoid i walked about a block down the street cause i wasn't getting in my car right in front of him.  so i go and i get some food. and as i finish about 20min later, guess who drives by as i am walking to my car! same damn B & W!!! i got freaked out and i thought to myself good thing i had my drink and a bag to take with me, maybe he'll think i live there. anyway he drove by and i finally made it to my car and got the hell out of there.

sucks to say that this top notch provider is not in the best locale, as this last experience has made me very reluctant to ever see her again in that place. i don't know if i was too paranoid,, but i can't handle the stress at my age.

My girlfriend (in the biz) is amazed I even get appt's, I'm sooo paranoid.

If your lady has been in the area for some time, maybe there is a good reason for you to be concerned.

How 'bout you let her know what's happening outside her place and let her know of your concerns?

Keep in mind this is only my opinion.I understand when paranoia sets in you can't shake it.I wouldn't think the black&white marked unit would be used for survaliace but never rule that out,Possibly her protection her brother,or SO it could be posible maybe he's a jellous client. I would never write LE off as particeapating in this hobby it would suck for them.They could only see Ladies who don't screen agencies would be out of the question.I think local LE is only intereasted in street level crime that the public can see.I always like to keep the mind set there is nothing eleagel going on of course that wont hold water in court.Are you a handsome man maybe he thought you were cute,since you are safe you can laugh about it, but it souds like you would like to continue to see her.This how ever will be an issue like I said my opinion.

A while back, I was supposed to visit an AMP in Manhattan. I walk by and there's a guy outside the door. A few minutes later, there's two guys. I stroll down to the corner and back and it's one guy again. I call the place up and say I'm late because I'm nervous about some guys hanging around outside the door and they aren't going away. The phone girl said, "Don't worry! They work for us!"

I think you should mention the LE presence with her.  It could be legit or it could be checking on a neighbor's complaint.  A couple of ladies I see have a legit home business...  the neighbors think that callers are there for that.  One even has a parking space designated for her business!  LOL!!  Hiding in plain view...  a plan.

Another time, I was getting out of my car at a chain hotel when B&W rolls by, giving me the eyeball.  I grab a overnight bag out of the back seat & go in.  I was nervious & told her.  She said LE had been requested to patrol the lot because of breakins from guests autos.  Hanging around (loitering) would attract the interest of LE as a prospective thief (also making calls from the car on the hour).  
I often arrive a few minutes early, locate the location & withdraw to the corner coffee.  I often call from coffee parking...  no more than 2 minutes from the location.  
She'll see me roll in & meet me a the door.

If the lady works from a quiet, suburban neighborhood and there are unmarked or marked cars around, I would understand if the guy gets paranoid and leave. Why? Because those cops might be watching - not her - but one of the neighbors and if a guy is acting suspicious, driving by few times, staying in the car, getting out and getting in would be surely noticed. I would never work from a small town or a quiet area.

But, if the lady works from her own location - aka like myself - in a nondescript building few blocks from Times Square? You have nothing to worry about, even if you see cops right outside my door. Why? Because they have their hands full with other things and - thanks to Mr Bloomberg budget cuts - they cannot spend their force pursuing one of us.

Tons of people come & go from all the buildings in my and others busy areas of the city and = unless you truly act suspicious - no one even going to give you a glance. Cops, street & businesses cameras are everywhere but they are looking for the real issues this city has to deal with in daily basis.

Also, New Yorkers are totally oblivious of each other! We have the reputation of being self centered, rude and be able to walk by someone hurt and slumped on the sidewalk and don't even look or stop to help. In regarding to our profession, I am very thankful that New Yorkers are like that and don't give a shit about what I am doing or anyone else for this matter. We mind our own business, we don't have the time to sit around and check other peoples life and how they make their living.

So the fact that you went to an AMP and found guys outside means nothing for us...a true New Yorker would just grumpily brush the guys aside like "get da fuck outa my way!" and go in without flinching! lol

That is not the case in other cities. Most people don't even go to downtown, all in the burbs. Don't know exactly where OP is but the first question I ask is where they are generally. Since I am very familiar with the city I live in, I pretty much know where is safe and where is not safe. Make my decision based on the location 100%. There is no way I will venture out to certain areas.

I do incall out of my apartment. I dislike hotels and I figure cops are more paranoid about hotels more so than an apartment. Plus a hotel will notice you checking in with no bags, and then checking out 4-5 hours later....

It does seem like someone is watching her, could it be she is into other things?(illegal things...)
My neighbors have no idea, but yet I don't have 3+ men running in and out of my apartment everyday so the few men I see per week does not draw attention. In fact I have a cop 2 floors down from me.He sometimes parks his patrol car out front and I always warn newbies that it might be out there, although lately I have no seen it.

I would let the girl know what you saw and tell her that you are scared to come back. Maybe she can offer a hotel room or do an outcall to you? Either way I always say go with your gut!

If you ever get a red flag you should really go with it. However, you should talk to the provider and let her know what happened; I'm sure there was a reason that had nothing to do with you. Give her a chance to explain what was going on and I will bet that she has a good reason. For all you know, those cops could have been watching the building for some suspect and only followed you because they were bored (if they were following you at all). You're not paranoid, you're cautious and there is nothing wrong with that. In this game you must always keep your guard up because you never know what you are dealing with; that goes for both providers and hobbyist.
