Could care less about what you have or when you had it unless you are too fragile to touch  
If it helps your self esteem as well as your appearance you will be a better provider and Inwill be a happier client.

Especially regarding the eyes.  Boob jobs, OTOH, are pretty easy to spot.  But if it's well done, who cares?  As long as you disclose it up front.  A lot of guys don't like fake boobs, though I don't get why.

ask a few guys who will give you honest opinions about certain features such as your breasts.  I have seen a few ladies who have looked worse after a boob job.  At the end of the day do whatever make you feel good about yourself.  

Your customers just want to rent you, not buy you, so whatever enhancements make you a more attractive package for them is warranted if you are going to remain in the business long enough to justify the expense from a strictly business standpoint.  I've seen several providers with tummy tuck scars, and the procedure gave them a better-looking, curvier, and less fat-looking, body, so the residual scar doesn't bother me.

I think if you are talking about surgeries, you are in mood killer territory.

Hair extensions, tatoo removal, dental implants, vaginal tightening, whatever, don't care. If you're hot I'll eat you. Now on the other hand if you used to have a dick there . . .  Let's just say there's a limit to my liberal outlook.

But I agree it would be a shame.  Too many ladies on here trying to be everything to everyone.  If I wanted a Barbie doll and the all American image, it's a lot cheaper at Wal-Mart.

I've seen some implants that look and feel so real it's near impossible to tell. With time, the scar goes away, and the feel of the breasts becomes even more natural.

On others, I couldn't even begin to guess. I would guess it would depend on how deeply internalized the bitter self loathing, hatred and ignorance was first.
