I have been working my way off meds that can work against sexual function for some time.
Things are working very well now. I will discuss any future meds as they are brought up. It’s a huge quality of life issue that I won’t compromise on.
If concerned, why not just tell doc that you're taking up jogging? or weight lifting?
They'll tell you if you can withstand the "physical exertion" if you think there might be an issue?

If your doctor thinks you can do cardio running or jogging, I don't think its a stretch to say you should be fine having sex. With that said, like one gentlemen already alluded to, you should really ask your doc.
