Hx also has unscrupulous owners who prey on the ladies advertising there. If a girl is getting good traction, they will remove her ad and then require freebies for the owners in order to put the ad back up so she can get customers. ...
I see some +s and many -s to this idea, depending on the severity of the possible punishments (incarceration, financial, other):
.
If LE wants a relatively safe and EASY STING, create a fake Provider, pay for ads on Hx, create some fake positive feedback indicating "good traction." Maybe publish reviews on TER, etc., MAYBE with notice to TER Admin that, "We are following impposter's suggestion to try to prosecute Hx for violation of legal code ###.##, Part #.##, Section ##. We will be posting fake reviews from StartingDate until EndingDate. We will inform you of each fake review when it is submitted. We would appreciate your passive cooperation until Ending Date when we will ask to have the content deleted. Thank you."
.
The Ending Date is when they get shut down and extorted by Hx.
.
By making it a gov criminal prosecution, "real" Providers do NOT have to expose themselves in the justice system by pursuing CIVIL actions using their real names.
.
Does anyone know where Hx management is located? If extorting freebies from So Cal Providers, they must be in SoCal. If they are located outside the US, they are beyond the reach of most US LE.
