Just to clarify, I think you are talking about a customized, stand alone "Her_Name.com" (or Her_Name.ch, these days) website, right? And not just a customized ad on an Ad Mall like slixa or foxylists or anything like that, right?

Either way, I think that everybody (slixa, wix.com) has all sorts of templates to build upon. I would also ask your friend for some example sites that she likes.  Let's say, "Miss_Escort.com".  Somewhere on the page, it might say what the site was built on. I.e., look at the very bottom for "wix.com" or similar. If you can't find that info, contact the provider with a compliment and a request: "I really like your site. Is it custom or is it built on templates from ????.com? Thank you."

That would certainly give her a more professional impression than just having one of the free escort web pages that look to be on the lower end of the spectrum . The yearly cost for a domain name and web hosting can run anywhere from about $50 to $125 on avg. (which isn't very much at all, relatively speaking).

It's aimed more at performers that create content and have a paid membership for such, but I've known providers that use it mainly for a simple escorting presence online.
Pros:
-last I knew of it was free (although they do pass through periodic domain name registration renewal fees)
-many templates to choose from and tech support has always been good to me
-easy to update with wysiwyg view
-usual bells & whistles like blog, live cam, private messaging system, etc.
Cons:  
-if a client sends you funds via the site (its a standard credit card processing system) MC takes a hefty percentage (I believe its 35% now?). Without my knowledge ahead of time, to help me out a sweet client tipped me $300 there when the lockdown started, but MC took $105 of that
-if somebody has very little tech savvy (e.g., can't resize a pic to ___px x ___px) they might have difficulty updating their site from time to time.

Some of the comments remind me of another past issue.  Some of the escort oriented sites have settings for various sub-folders. E.g., the GALLERY (a rather important part of an escort web site) would be LOCKED by default and display a message to the viewer that the gallery can be UNLOCKED for a fee.  The fee would go to the WEBSITE operators, not to the escort.

The thing is, the escort very often did not even know about the lock / unlock for a fee issue and just assumed that her gallery would be free to view.  Some people on TER would blame the escort for the locked pics and add make it personal.  "How dare you lock us out from your pics! There is no way I'm paying you just to look at your pics!" But the escort often didn't know that she had to change the default setting to "free" access to avoid the problems.

Also, as I recall, some of the sites would periodically reset the default to "locked" thus requiring constant resetting (to unlocked, free access) by the escort or her agent / site manager.

I'll repeat my previous advice: find some sites that you like and contact the escort. Ask her who the web host is (if it isn't clear from her site, itself). Ask if they will share the relevant info. Do NOT copy someone's site exactly and especially do not copy original content (to which some escorts claim copyright).

When any site personal or otherwise requires a fee to view ad photos.  If hookers want to get customers to take a chance on her, she should at least have some lingerie photos that can be viewed without paying a fee or giving up your email address.  I can understand a fee for more graphic visuals like pussy  pics and fuck videos, but at least getting an idea of what she looks like in general should not require a fee.  This is also why I have never joined HX.  They require a fee to read provider ads.  Links on TER reviews HX only take you to the  home page which has only a face photo, or in some cases, no photo at all.  I will never pay to read an ad or browse ad photos.  

Another bit of advice: watermark her pics!

Search "watermark" on the Newbie Board for explanations, comments, and suggestions. If you still have Qs about watermarks, unlocking galleries, best or minimum pics to use (NO UPSIDE-DOWNS!), etc., ask more Qs on the Newbie Board.
