I know I know everyone is going to tell me that sending a deposit is a stupid idea and now I've learned my lesson.  A provider on Eros sent me a link to her paypal requesting a deposit of $500.  I checked out as a guest and paid with a CC but the only thing is that when my CC company called and asked if I authorized this transaction I said yes.  Right now I filed a charge backed with my CC company and hopefully they can get my deposit back.

"This whore" could very well be a bunch of criminal computer hackers. If you try to get back at them, can they get back at you much worse? You might have left tracks in your email headers or whatever you sent to them already.

PP will seize assets and freeze or close accounts for transactions that violate their terms of service (sex). If she (or they) are pros, they don't care and will use other fake accounts.  They probably took out the money the second the transaction cleared.

If you file a claim with your CC company, I'm not sure what you can tell them. Goods might be tricky: "2 pairs of designer sunglasses that turned out to be fakes." Some other service? "I paid for 5 hours of app development but no work was done" might be a better option than "pussy" (as GaG said, above).

You might be better off in the long run by just swallowing the loss and avoiding the same mistake in the future.

Pay Pal has a very strict "no sin industries" policy. No gambling, no drugs, no hookers, no anything illegal, immoral or fattening. lol

Sorry that you got scammed.  NEVER send a deposit unless the girl is 100 percent legit.  It is hard to use TER as a tool anymore, but there are other ways.

Be prepared for her to out you if you get her paypal account shutdown.  In general it is best to avoid unknown/untrusted providers that require deposits, cash app, etc.

When I have a reservation for a trip, I ask for some deposit in advance and tickets, so if the situation become dangerous I can run away from this date for my own security and keep this money with me and pay the punishment when you change the tickets. So I can be sure I have ways to have the way to avoid timewasters and weirdos.
