anything I said, so we'll all assume I'm right on point. I wouldn't call it an "obsession". Its more like morbid curiosity. Its like when people drive slowly by a car accident hoping to see a dead body lying in the street. Its fascinating to me to watch you literally "die" on the boards every day, then pop back up the next day as if nothing happened. I'm beginning to think you are a robot with a reset button. That would certainly explain the limited vocabulary and why you have to keep using the same, worn-out, Laffy slogans and phrases all the time.
I know I know everyone is going to tell me that sending a deposit is a stupid idea and now I've learned my lesson. A provider on Eros sent me a link to her paypal requesting a deposit of $500. I checked out as a guest and paid with a CC but the only thing is that when my CC company called and asked if I authorized this transaction I said yes. Right now I filed a charge backed with my CC company and hopefully they can get my deposit back.
Now is there anyway I can screw this whore over with paypal? I had someone suggest that I can send paypal links to the ad pages for this provider.
Btw am I allowed to link the Eros or personal webpages of the offending provider?
You are building up quite a track record in a a very short time. In fact, you are so dumb you don't deserve any advice on how to "screw this whore." Remember what Momma says...
you posted about a few weeks ago, or a different one? I will say it once again . . . . . I would NEVER send a deposit to a girl I don't know, and I will only send a deposit to a girl I DO know if I am booking a whole weekend. This should become your new mantra.
The important thing is to get your money back . . . . if you can. Since the fraud department already asked you about the charge and you said yes, it may be more difficult. You will have to request a refund in writing and give details about what goods or services you didn't receive for your money. I don't know many guys that what ask for a refund for undelivered pussy. There is also a chance that under FOSTA/SESTA, if the CC company finds out you are using your card with sex workers, they may cancel your card and put you on a blacklist.
Beyond that , seeking "revenge" against a provider is always dicey. If you are GaG and everyone and their brother in your social circle already knows you are a whore-monger, then go for it, but if blowback or being exposed to your family or community would cause problems for you, you may want to reconsider going after her for revenge, especially if you have providing ANY screening info at all.
Pay Pal has a very strict "no sin industries" policy. No gambling, no drugs, no hookers, no anything illegal, immoral or fattening. lol
I think he chances of getting his money back are 50/50 or so considering he made a deposit for an appointment that was never kept, If he had made a deposit on his credit card for a contractor to come do work on his home and the contractor no-showed he would most definitely have recourse through his CC provider. There is no need to tell his CC company that this was an appointment for sex.
Now let's suppose he is unsuccessful in getting his money back from his CC company, there is nothing to stop him from contacting Pay Pal and telling Pay Pal, not his CC company that the so called "merchant" was actually "this woman in this Eros ad" Assuming the OP doesn't have a PP account of his own, and it doesn't sound like he does, he won't get any blowback from them and they will almost certainly close the account of the lying thieving hooker in question and confiscate any money left in her account, or sneaky devils that they are, they might even wait until her next transaction before actually freezing her account, especially if there is nothing in her account today.
You do have a valid point about her, if it even is a "her" retaliating against him and using any screening info he provided, but as it's been pointed out a thousand times on this board, ROBs are less likely to require extensive screening than legitimate providers, only the OP knows what info she/they have about him and whether it's worth it to get a little revenge on this thief. You KNOW what I would do, of course you also know I would NEVER find myself in this position. lol
just tell the credit card company the no-show was a plumbing contractor he hired to come and clear out his pipes.
always make sure the lady you meet has a reputation, lots of web presence.
for people like this... is that ladies that actually enjoy spending time with cleints end up paying the consequences );
"This whore" could very well be a bunch of criminal computer hackers. If you try to get back at them, can they get back at you much worse? You might have left tracks in your email headers or whatever you sent to them already.
.
PP will seize assets and freeze or close accounts for transactions that violate their terms of service (sex). If she (or they) are pros, they don't care and will use other fake accounts. They probably took out the money the second the transaction cleared.
.
If you file a claim with your CC company, I'm not sure what you can tell them. Goods might be tricky: "2 pairs of designer sunglasses that turned out to be fakes." Some other service? "I paid for 5 hours of app development but no work was done" might be a better option than "pussy" (as GaG said, above).
.
You might be better off in the long run by just swallowing the loss and avoiding the same mistake in the future.

Accept this episode as a learning experience and examine how you might do things differently in the future.
Anything you're capable of doing to "her" in an attempt to screw her over is futile. "She" can easily change her name, phone number, email, etc...
Sorry that you got scammed. NEVER send a deposit unless the girl is 100 percent legit. It is hard to use TER as a tool anymore, but there are other ways.
Don't let this cloud your opinion of other ladies, most of us are legit and love and value our gents
And we LOVE you! Damn you're body is amazing and I miss it.
Be prepared for her to out you if you get her paypal account shutdown. In general it is best to avoid unknown/untrusted providers that require deposits, cash app, etc.
When I have a reservation for a trip, I ask for some deposit in advance and tickets, so if the situation become dangerous I can run away from this date for my own security and keep this money with me and pay the punishment when you change the tickets. So I can be sure I have ways to have the way to avoid timewasters and weirdos.
But online you can be scammed by many sellers, much more on this hobby. I was scammed with my credit card buying shoes online and I opened a cause with my banck and I got my money back. I think paypal is pretty difficult to get your money. Not good idea if you don't know the professional send nothing in advance.
This situation made me remember the James Veitch experiences:

I wouldn`t touch Paypal with a ten foot pole. If they even sniff a sex work transaction they`ll freeze both of your accounts, happened to a friend of mine, Red alert!!
