I wear it, everyday, when heading out of the house. Yes, even in the winter time, when the sun is out, as insisted by my dermatologist. For those with oily skin, I use a great oil-free sunblock/moisturizer by Nuetragena. As a person of color, my doctor stressed that it is equally important to use the sunblock every day, for black people can suffer from the harmful rays, from the sun.

These items are good to keep track of, but if I could have a dime for every potential risk which is later retracted, I would be hobbying every night.  In case you did not know, eggs are healthy again. I guess moderation is the key.  But we all know that, right?
