My bank card, which has been working fine for quite some time now, suddenly is being declined by ccbill. I bought a prepaid card, only to find out its apparently the wrong kind of card. Anyone having similar issues and have a solution?

similar problem with my bank credit card.  ccbill is based in Malta.  bank blocked approval due to this being a foreign transaction.  bank called me to determine if this was a false transaction and had someone stolen my cc numbers.

The last time I renewed with a CC, I had no problem, but that was some years ago as I took up a 3 year deal.

Since then, my CC Co changed hands to BOA, and I wonder if I'll be able to pay for VIP which I need to do shortly.

I wish TER Admin would weigh in on this.  It has come up quite a few times.

Been buying quarterlies for over 10 years.  A few times a while back bank rejected charge from ccbill.  I called bank, bitched about it, went right back on line and it would then go through without hassle.  Lately have been using segpay option, and never have a problem with bank.
