Rimming?

Where it says "rimming" under services provided does that mean the woman is fine with giving or is it for receiving? I'm just curious because I saw a provider last night that is apparently into rimming according to her profile and she initiated a lot of DFK during our session. Is this really such an outrageous practice? A passionate BBBJ can often include a trip "around the world" and I've had many appreciative gentlemen, some pleasantly surprised, and some just pleased.  
As a previous post on this thread said: soap and water. Should be common practice anyways.
