there are as many reactions to Hobbying as there are Hobbyists- and Providers, for that matter.
IMHO
For some it improves their marriage.
For example:  Mr Hobby loves his wife very dearly and wants nothing but to be  happy with her forever and ever, but Mrs Hobby will not do activity X, Y or Z.  
On the other hand, Miss Provider not only will do X, Y and Z, but with vigor and excitement.  She actually loves it.  So, My Hobby gets his X,Y,Z fix with Miss Provider.
Hobby doesn't feel like he's missing anything and the Mrs. doesn't feel pressured.  No resentment is built.  The "value" that they have determined their marital sex had originally is still the same, as long as the Mr. keeps things in perspective.

Did they make you that way or are they your justification for acting that way?

PS - I still consider sex valuable with any lady I consider desirable, whether she be provider or non-provider.
