I wax instead of shaving so I get very smooth and never have any prickly stubble.  One downside is that it's very difficult to find a good waxer (mine is moving back home to Australia next year and I'm already wondering what I'll do then - 24 hour flight each way is a bit too much even for a great waxing!), and the second is that you have to let the hair grow a little before you can re-wax so I can't remain as perfectly smooth as I'd like to all the time.  But at least the re-growth is sparse and very fine so well worth it, I think.

(Or Nature, for all of us Darwinists out there)

Completely natural is my favorite (hey, I grew up around hippies), but it is almost non-existent among civilians these days, much less providers.  As such, I would have to say that a "trim" would be my preferred state, and I don't mean a trim to where you are leaving a postage stamp of pubic hair and the rest is shaved...I mean trimming the natural patch of hair down to a thinner version. A woman's pubic hair to me is as beautiful as her cranial hair, but I know I am in the minority these days.  Bald to me just looks so "functional".

the hair must be there for a reason. a light "trim" is ok for comfort, but if I wanted the clean shaven look, I'd be hanging around elementary schools.

As an alternative to waxing, I hear you can have it lasered nowadays such that you can be smooth permanently. The laser treatment actually removes your hair follicles for good. Just think of all the loose change and airfare you can save - LOL.

I met up with a provider in Toronto who was in the process of having it done (saucy write up to follow soon) and boy she was really smooth!! No stubble whatsoever. A big turn on for me. Personally, I like it bald too so that I can see, feel and taste everything..........Mmmmmm - yum! yum!
