On TER there should be a spot where her fees are listed.

I had a somewhat similar experience.  I made a date with a very nice young lady and her website said her fees would be "appropriate".

when I called her to set up the final times I asked how much I should bring.  I knew she had had at least two references for me so I felt I could ask.  She said it was about the same as others.

We met and had a very enjoyable time.  When I was getting ready to go I said "you know you still have not told me the rate"  Then she did.  It was about $ higher per hour than others I had visited and about .5$ more than I had with me.  She was nice about it but I was very upset.  I tried to set up a further meeting with her partly so I could pay her the money I owed, but it did not work out and then she left the profession.  

I still feel bad about it.  I would still have set up the time with her if I had known the amount needed.  I tried to be sure I had enough with me but . . .

Assuming that you saw this woman in San Diego, I would have to say $300 or $350 if you felt that she was better than anyone that you have seen in the area.  On a side note, I've only seen one provider who was a part-timer in San Francisco who used to do the same thing with her rates.  She was strange in the sense that she did not mind if you fluctuated the fee a little depending on your cash flow at the time.  Very cool woman.
