Yes there is a term for this. It's called "TOFTT" Take One For The Team.

I've been the first reviewer for a number of ladies...

So long as I can verify them and stay safe, I have no problem with it. Reviews DO help new providers get their start in the business, and some guys would never see an unreviewed gal. SOMEONE has to do it!
